What's a project without passion? I use empathy to involve myself in the issue and stir up passion,
creativity, and ambition for the project.
Research & Understanding
It's extremely important to get the full background on something before diving in to find the solution. A
little research can go a long way.
Open Mindedness
I try to go into things with an almost unbiased and open mindset - ready to hear all sides of the story and
letting go of previous conceptions.
Consider Everyone & Everything
A lot of things (people, animals, small details, etc.) are often forgotten or left out. I try to keep them
in mind and speak up for them when needed.
